4. Use of the Platform

- Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the platform's infrastructure
- Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the platform
- Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the platform
- Using the platform for any commercial solicitation purposes without prior written consent
- Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
- Violating any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the platform
5. Educational Content and Sessions
5.1 Content Accuracy
Stage Acting Lab endeavors to provide high-quality educational content related to acting for stage. However, Stage Acting Lab does not warrant that any content available on the platform is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Educational content is provided for informational and instructional purposes only.
5.2 Session Participation
When participating in group or individual online sessions, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner. You agree not to record, reproduce, or redistribute any live session content without the express written permission of Stage Acting Lab and the relevant instructor.
5.3 Learning Outcomes
Stage Acting Lab makes no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes, skill acquisition, or professional results from participation in any program, course, or session offered through the platform.
6. Payments and Billing
6.1 Fees
Certain features and services on the platform require payment. All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are subject to change. Stage Acting Lab will provide reasonable notice of any fee changes before they take effect.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you authorize Stage Acting Lab to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. Stage Acting Lab does not store full payment card details on its servers.
6.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Stage Acting Lab's refund policy in effect at the time of purchase. To request a refund, please contact Stage Acting Lab at contact@stageactinglab.com. Stage Acting Lab reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the applicable eligibility criteria.
6.4 Taxes

7.1 Stage Acting Lab Content

Stage Acting Lab does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stage Acting Lab and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform or any content thereon, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if Stage Acting Lab has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stage Acting Lab and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right including any intellectual property or privacy right, or any claim that content you submitted caused damage to a third party.
